CPT Code for CD4/CD8

I was just wondering what CPT code flow cytometrists were using for
CD4/CD8,CD3 with or without CD19 and CD56 and/or CD16.

Are you CPT coding the CD4 part with 86359 and 86360 (or just 86360) and
the CD19 and NK with 88180
OR are you coding all with 88180?

I am not real sure if the 86359 and 86360 were meant for methods other than
flow or if people doing the procedure by flow were using those codes also.
