looking for plasma cells in tonsil

Hi!

Has anyone out there had any experience finding (and staining) normal plasma
cells in tonsil?  I have tried our usual mechanical disaggregation procedure but
no plasma cells were seen (by cd138/cd38/cd45 staining) and presumably are still
associated with the epithelial tissue.  If anyone has any thoughts, I would
greatly appreciate the help!
