Greetings.

I would like to pose a rather simple question. What is the
best/easiest/cheapest way to convert histogram files from a Coulter Elite
(in .HST format) to .FCS file format for analysis. I have looked at the list
of flow cytometry freeware/shareware lists. Are there any recommendations?
Also, for those of you flow'ers out there that are using FlowJo and/or
WinList for analysis, I would like to hear your about your praises or gripes
with that respective software. Both seem to great analysis tools, but would
like to hear some "real-user" feedback before purchasing.
