Subject: double nucleated cell cycle

Dear Flowers,

I have attached a simple text picture of a cell cycle analysis on COS7 cell
line that was serum starved for 3 days. COS7 is apparently a double
nucleated kidney cell line. This is 24 hours after being serum stimulated,
but all the historgrams give this S-phase peak, or at least I have been
analyzing it as S-phase, since the third peak is at the appropriate G2M
position. Has anyone had experience with COS7 or other double nucleated
cell cycles that can enlighten me?

Thanks,
Candace Enockson
