COS7 is apparently a double nucleated kidney cell line. This is 24 hours after being serum stimulated, but all the historgrams give this S-phase peak, or at least I have been analyzing it as S-phase, since the third peak is at the appropriate G2M position. Has anyone had experience with COS7 or other double nucleated cell cycles that can enlighten me? Thanks, Candace Enockson Medical University of South Carolina ---------- End Forwarded Message ----------
