Dear WK LEE

A CD45 negative ALL is not an unusual finding... among other sources of
info, look for an upcoming CPC in the New England J. Med for a review.

I would not consider the expression of CD13 alone to have this qualify as a
'biphenotypic' malignancy ...is there any MPO expressed? ..if so, I would
start to consider biphenotypy. As already described, your tumor
immunophenotype is squarely a B cell process...CD79a+ might help to
convince any skeptics.
