Diana,

Carleton Stewart spoke in detail about commercial antibody quality and
preparation at the Flow course at Bowdoin College this June, but I can't find
any specifics in my notes. I remember Carl stating how important it was to
centrifuge your antibodies prior to use. Perhaps someone else who was in
attendance could come up with these numbers, etc.??

Does anyone ultracentrifuge their labeled primary antibodies or MHC
tetramers before use in cell surface staining? If so, can someone pass
along what conditions you use (ie how many g's and for how long)? We have a
desktop airfuge. I can't find a chart anywhere telling what size proteins
pellet at what speed. If anyone has this info, I would greatly appreciate
it.

Thanks
