Has anyone ever sorted skeletal muscle cells (particularly from mice)?  It
has been my experience thus far that a large majority of the cells (>95%) do
not survive sorting (i.e. they become fragmented, not just intact and dead).
Any suggestions/tricks/references would be appreciated.
