Hi netters,

This question is slightly off the track. Hope some one will respond.
I would like to remove CD16 positive cells from freshly isolated human
peripheral blood leukocytes by panning the cells on plastic surface with
specific antibody immobilized. The idea is to deplete PBL of NK cells.
(I don't have access to FACS facility). Several hybridomas are available
from ATCC. Has any one used any of these hybridomas for this purpose?
Your suggestions and recommendations are appreciated.
