It does look as a T lymphoproliferation, ATCL (adult T cell
lymphoma/leukemia) on the first place (other T malignancies should be
CD7+). If I understand correctly, the small population of 1.5% stains with
most antibodies and it may represent a subpopulation of dying or damaged
cells.
HTLV1 is the next potentially helpful screening as all cases with ATCL
should be HTLV1+ (it is probably pending already). TCR genes should be
rearranged.
If HTLV is neg, other T-malignancies should be considered.
