testis and MHC class 1

Hi there,

Are there any any tissues or cells (in man and mouse), which do not express
MHC class I?.
I remember reading  somewhere that germinal cells in testis do not express
MHC class I. If it is true then how does one isolate these cells or is there
a cell line?.
