Caco-2 cells

I am trying to use Caco-2 cells in a flow cytometry assay.  After first
trying trypsin and EDTA, I am currently using the Sigma Dissociation
Solution to try and get the cells into a single cell solution without
damaging the Caco-2 surface cell proteins.  I am also having problems with
cell clumping.  If anyone has any experience with this cell line and
could offer some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
