Staining frozen PBMC

Hi All,

I'd like to know pros and cons of staining frozen PBMCs immediately after
thawing or short-term incubation (4 -16 hrs) in media (i.e. RPMI with 10%
FCS).  I wonder if the short-term incubation helps reexpression of some
markers (such as CD62L) that are not stained well on frozen PBMCs just being
thawed.  Any help on this subject will be appreciated.
