I actually use the simplest approach. I set up a database in appleworks!
Then you can bounce around different sort criteria (patient name,
locations,dates) to find anything.  I know there are much more powerful
db programs, but this does all I need.  Most Mac labs already have it,
and it's  EASY for all your tech's to learn.
