Molecular Probes also does a similar thing with its AlexaFluor 488 and FITC.

Antibody specific for your Ag conjugated to FITC
Rabbit anti-FITC Ab conjugated to AlexaFluor 488
AlexaFluor 488 Goat anti-rabbit

(Alexa has a similar emission to FITC.)
