Dear All,

I´ve juist started staining PBL with Annexin V to measure apoptotic
cells. My question is: what frequency should I expect in unstimulated
PBL (actually I measure around 10% PI neg. Annexin V pos.). Any
suggestions are welcome (maybe a citation).
