Hi,
We are working on Human K562 cell line differentiation.
Can anybody direct us in:
1)_Gamma interferon can induce differentiation K562 cell line?
2)_Gamma interferon has receptor on K562 cell line?
3)_Gamma interferon with antiproliferetive drugs(Cyt,Ara_c and Adr)
have differentiation effect on K562 cell line.
4)_Gamma interferon and erythropoietin have a synergic effect on K562 
differentiation?
5)_better procedure for heme absorption or Elisa method for 
differetiation.
