Current Protocols in Immunology, John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 1996. Unit 3.19
Isolation of Mouse Small Intestinal Intraepithelial Lymphocytes, Peyers
Patch, and Lamina Propria Cells. 

This protocol has worked well for us.
