Does anyone have an easy to perform in vitro biocompatibility protocol?
Specifically, I'm looking for an in vitro lymphocyte activation assay protocol to test the biocompatibility of a polymer (which we are using for islet microencapsulation).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
