Dear Flow People,
	I would like to systematically study the effects of chronic (weeks)
of elevated ambient temperature (mid-high 30's oC) on the mouse immune
system.
Can anyone provide step-by-step protocols (NOT Becton-Dickinson's, which I
have) and, if possible, citations, for the following flow procedures, to be
carried out on mouse splenocytes or plasma? (I already have info on CD4,
CD8, Anti-LPS IgG)
The information, with thanks, will be properly cited in all subsequent
publications.
*	NK cell numbers and NK activation
*	Lymphocyte activation
*	Phagocytosis (fluorescent beads)
*	Proliferation of any cell type
*	Reactive oxygen species
*	PKC activity
*	Phospholipase activity
*	Intracellular pH\
*	Membrane potential
Thank you,
Steve Gaffin
