Adhesion of PMNs

Hi flow-people!
This is not directly related to Flow, however some of you may have suggestions.
I am trying to develop an assay that will binf PMNs specifically to iC3b coated
plates.  The problem is that PMNs will stick to almost anything, included the
conventional material available to "blocked" plates (HSA, PVP, BSA etc).  Is
there a material that I coul add to my plates, after coating the plate with
iC3b, to block non-specific adhesion of PMNs?
