Hi Flowers

Many thanks for your replies to my query for CD30+ cells - here are some of
the replies:

We currently work with several CD30+ cell lines, any anaplastic large cell
lymphoma line like DEL and JB is good, or any Hodgkin line, like KMH2, L428,
L540, HDLM-2, etc... which are available at ATCC or the German DSMZ cell
repository. As far as other lines that you could use that are CD30+ cell lines
are K562 (Erythroleukemia), HPB/ALL (T-lymphoblastic non-Hodgkin lymphoma), and
MOLT-4 (T-lymphoblastic leukemia).
Hope that helps, if you need any more advice, just ask!
Jason Cohn!
Have you thought about the Jurkat T cell line?
