I have had excellent results with the polyclonal Goat anti-mouse abs from
both Southern Biotec and Caltag when used in this manner. Caltag  offers
more choices of flurochrome. As one might expect, polyclonal secondary Abs
work quite well on fixed Ig stained cells; even if one epitope is destroyed
by fixation, others are left intact. Do a careful titration of the Ab to
optimize S/N.
