A number of investigators here are using virus that contain a gfp gene to
evaluate infection. At least one other cojugates his virus with fluorescein,
but I don't know how he accomplishes this.

We would like to be able to detect and quantify vaccinia infection of target
cells (transformed BLCLs) - are there any "vaccinia" antibodies/protocols
available to do such a thing ? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks !
