Separation of melanoma cells

Hi,

I am looking for a way to mark and separate melanoma cells. I would
probably start from an excised tissue from a melanoma patient, and
remove dermal collagen using collagenase. This would leave a mixture
of keratinocytes, fibroblasts, melanoma cells among other components.
Is there a way to specifically mark melanoma cells? Btw, our background
is in engineering, and we are developing algorithms for detecting 
melanoma using acoustical backscatter. Thanks in advance!
