As part of the ongoing VII International Workshop on Human Leucocyte
Differentiation Antigens (HLDA7) we are maintaining a website with a
compilation of the currently known animal cross-reactive anti-human
monoclonals at:

  http://www.mh-hannover.de/projekte/hlda7/animals/

Two (three) clones are listed for CD40:

 G28.5; BL-OGY (CH)
 BL-OGY/c4 (KH)

Presumably (based on my own experience with other naming
inconsistencies), BL-OGY and BL-OGY/c4 refer to the same entity. The
initials refer to our sources, as detailed on the website.
