Well, I tried it and got the following results:
   Programs That Appear Incompatible:
Attractors 3.0 PowerPC, version 3.0, application
CELLQuest, version 3.2.1, application
PAINT-A-GATE PRO PowerPC, version 3.0, application
   Untested Programs:
CONSORT File Exchange, version 1.0.8, application
FACSConvert, version 1.0, application
(Untested - The program contains no PowerPC code so it could not be checked
for compatibility.)

In addition, I checked File Guard Remote (version 3.2.1). All of the
applications in the FGR folder were "untested".

FYI: Microware has been selling OS-9 since 1977. It is a Unix-like
real-time operating system that should not be confused with Mac OS 9. It is
unfortunate that Apple chose such a similar name. Beware searching the web
for "os9" or "os 9" (which may turn up references to IBM's OS/2 as well)!
