TECHNICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST, MARKETING (#561 & #571)
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a related technical function or as a user
of flow technology is required. Responsibilities will include technical support
of sales force for products which include reagents, software, cultureware and
instruments. Will serve as the technical sales expert with emphasis on
communicating research applications to customers and sales personnel through
direct customer visits, workshops, tutorials and demos and trade show venues.
Requires 50-60% travel within assigned territory. Ideal home base location will
be New York/Boston or Texas/Colorado. Must have a thorough knowledge of
products for life science research as well as familiarity with flow
applications. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
are mandatory. Minimum B.S. in biology or related science required. (Two
positions available)
