Dear flowers!
We got interested in natural killer-T (NK-T) cells and we would like to
ennumerate them in peripheral blood. Which antibodies should we use?
As far as I can see they co-express TCR alpha beta and TCR gamma delta.
Do
they stain with CD56 like NK cells? Do you know the expression pattern
of
CD4 and CD8?

Thanks for help,

NK cells also express zeta chains (but intracellulary). Indirectly you
can ennumerate with anti CD3zeta, I normally use CD3FITC/CD16+56PE from
Becton Dickinson, and de porcentage and absolute number correlate well
with CD3(-)/zeta(the cells.
