We recently purchased a Midi MACS system after trying it out. We use it for
T cell preparations and have had excellent results using both their T
cocktail product as well as their Goat-anti-Mouse microbeads combined with
our primary antibodies. Yield and purity are great and the whole procedure
is done quickly. Also, the company was very generous in providing samples
for evaluation and their overall customer support is very good. As you can
see, I'm a big fan.
