Hallo,

Could anyone send me a procedure for detection for anti-platelet
autoantibodies by dual color flowcytometer useful in making diagnosis of
autoimmune thrombocytopenia? How to distinct real antiplatet autoantibodies
like in autoimmune thrombocytopenia from anti-HLA alloantibodies?
