fMLP receptor construct

Hello,
I am a gradute student looking for a possible interaction between a G protein (G 16) and the formyl peptide receptor
in a megakaryocytic cell line, MB02. My problem is that the antibody I have against the receptor doesn't show any
relevant bands on a Western blot. I know these cells have them because I see an increase in cellular calcium after
stimulation by fMLP.
I would like to overexpress the receptor to be able to see it in a Western blot. Could someone out there who works in
this field please help me out by sending me a plasmid containing the cDNA? Or failing that, point me in the right
direction to getting it without having to buy it, it's only for a control.
Flow cytometry is planned for later on in the project and that's why I asked my non-flow question in this forum.
Many thanks in advance,
Sraboni Ghose
