I've got a question that I hope doesn't generate too much controversy. 
Simply, does anyone have any experience with more than one type of
commercial DNA analysis software?  I realize that this is a subjective
subject but I would appreciate any feedback that may be provided.  The
primary function for the software is for clinical analysis of bone marrow
using a Coulter XL system.  Thanks
