As a follow-up to our June meeting on quantitative cytometry, the
Research Triangle Cytometry Association and Flow Cytometry Standards Corp.
(FCSC) invite you to participate in a free flow cytometer performance survey
which will evaluate the linearity and dynamic range of your FL1, FL2 and FL3
detectors. A set of Quantum Full Spectrum calibration standards will be
supplied to each participant such that data may be acquired and sent back to
FCSC for unified analysis using QuickCal software. The results from each
laboratory will be returned to the RTCA for discussion and evaluation. If
you are interested in participating in this survey contact Scottie Sparks at
(919) 966-6100 or ssparks.dhl1@mail.unch.unc.edu.
