Dear Raymond, We experience the same problem with our Facstar plus, who is still working under HP computer control and lysis II software. It is a shame that good working 9 year -old machinery could get handicapped by this commercial decision to withdraw printer cartridges from the market! I will also send this message to the Becton Dickinson (European) headquarters: maybe if they receive enough complaints they will want to think about solutions. Best Regards and sorry that I can't be of further help, Dirk Prof. Dirk Van Bockstaele, PhD Laboratory of Hematology Head Flow Cytometry Antwerp University Hospital Belgium phone 32 3 821 3900, fax 32 3 825 1148 > ---------- > Van: Raymond B.
