Hi Steve,

Make your stock solution, using methanol as solvent (1 mg/mL).  Working
solutions consist of a 1/10,000 dilution of this stock in PBS.  Easy, simple
and cheap.  It gets even cheaper if you use the thiazole orange analogue
DEQTC that we described years ago: Cytometry 10:214-216, 1989. It is
available as product 36811, fluka catalogue.
