	I would like to thank the investigators for taking the time to reply to my 
question regarding a fluorochrome-based cytotoxicity assay.  I truly 
appraciate your advice and suggestions and I am going to start some of the 
work within the week.  I have also some requests from others to post the 
answers to my question and for these individuals I have consolidated the 
suggestions and the file is attached below.
