I just got my laser repaired on my facscan and now I can't get any kind of
differentiation of physical properties ( FSC SSC) does anyone have any
good ideas on where to begin? I'm at my wits' end! I would like to be able
to visualize a nice arc of lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes in
whole blood.
