Hi Tina,

I don't have OmniComp still, but I have FL-6 option which is possible
to compensate with any fluorescence parameter derived from 1-st laser.

Cy5 from PE-Cy5 is excitable from He-Ne and gets on APC detector in
very small amount, perhaps 1%. I can compensate this when I put FL-6
plug on APC PMT but usually I don't.

APC-Cy7 needed about 24% compensation with APC in my experiments.

I thought OmniComp box can compensate everything (omnis!?), not only
cross-beams.

Regards,
Sasha

PS. Sorry, I am sending a message again. Server here was down the other
day when I sent a message originally and I am not sure it reached you.
Thanks.
