I am planning to set up the Fluo-4 / Fura Red ratio technique for measuring
calcium flux in platelets (murine platelets actually).  I would appreciate
hearing from anyone who has a functional protocol for labeling either human or
murine platelets with these dyes.  I am especially interested to know if
anyone has done it in whole blood, and what dye concentrations, loading times
and temperatures you are using, etc.
