Dear Flow cytometry experts, I have a predominantly nuclear antigen (detected by indirect immunofluorescence on adherent HeLa cells) and I would like to know at what stage of the cell cycle it is expressed. Is it possible to combine nuclear staining (paraformaldehyde fix with TritonX-100 permeabilization) with propidium iodide staining to look at cell cycle stages? Where can I find a protocol for the above double staining? If you cannot reply to me directly at: min.ku@zoi.unibe.ch please let me know where I can find a posting of the reply. Thanks very much, Sincerely, Min Ku Min Ku, Ph.D. c/o Schuemperli Lab University of Bern Zoology Institute Baltzerstr. 4 3012 Bern Switzerland phone: 031 631 4681 email: min.ku@zoi.unibe.ch
