titration of mouse anti-rabbit CD14

I need to isolate rabbit monocytes using the MACS magnetic beads. I will use
a mouse anti-rabbit CD14 coupled to goat anti-mouse IgG-FITC. Is there a
proper procedure to do a titration of both antibodies?
