I want to know the maximum pressure which will maintain the maximum viability of activated mononeuclear cells in hig pressure sorting or any other equivalant procedure. Please send me your help. All your help or datas will be received with gratitude and appreciation. Thank you. Mathi Mathi, I am sure you will hear from other MoFlo users as well on this. We routinely sort mononuclear cells at 60psi, 20,000+ events per second, all the time maintaining viability. Cells go back into culture, grow, proliferate, produce cytokines just wonderfully, etc. Cliff McArthur UC San Francisco 415-476-6309 ____________________________________________________________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape WebMail account today at http://webmail.netscape.com.
