Malignant lymphoid cells Preservation

To Whom It may,

I am interested in any published reference evaluation on the loss of
cells or cell markers from malignant lymphoid tissue ( leukemia, lymphoma )
after the tissue/cells have been held 48-72 hours. I know the "old wives
tales" about RPMI with FBS at RT but I cannot find credible publications
addressing this issue. If anyone has direct, or indirect, information on
this please contact Dr. John Rees at (202) 877-5206 or jcr2@mhg.edu.
Also I am interested in a "workable" techinque to analyze cell surface
markers and DNA content (with PI) from paraffin embedded/formalin fixed
tissue. That is relable, reproducible two color flow from paraffin embedded
tissue.

Ciao
