Some weeks ago I asked imput about fluorochrome conjugation to antibodies.
I thank very much to everyone who answered. Here a little summary of the
answers.

Lots of useful information regarding antibody conjugation can be found at
Mario Roederer's website: http://www.drmr.com/abcon/

Kits for antibody conjugation are sold by Prozyme http://www.prozyme.com
and by chromaprobe http://www.chromaprobe.com, but others suggest to use
the chemicals sold by molecular probes http://www.probes.com.

The kit from prozyme was described to conjugate 1 mg af antybody, to take
only 2 hours from start to finish and to include everything you need. On
the other hand it seems that PE conjugates are not quite good as
commercially available ones, having higher background a not quite as strong
a signal.

Thank you again for answering
