Personally, I'd recommend either the Stratagene or ATCC PCR kit.  I've used
the Stratagene and it proved itself.  Just for grins my lab bought the ATCC
kit but have yet to try it.  I would anticipate the results from it would
be comparable to the S_Gene system.
