Flow-ers,

I am attempting to set-up studies on platelet activation and thrombogenicity
of pharmacological agents. I would like to set-up an ACT test for clotting,
but I was curious if anyone could advise me of any other tests that could be
more applicable. For the platelet activation I was thinking of screening
cells via flow cytometry for activation dependant glycoprotein expression
i.e.. cd41a (IIb/IIIa), cd62p (p-selectin), etc. Does anyone have a
protocol for these studies, and for the ACT test, that I may use?

Thank you all in advance.
