PE/Cy5 conjugates and chemokine receptor Abs

Dear Flow-people,

I have two questions that I would really appreciate some help with:

1. Is there anything I can do to reduce the 'stickiness' of my
streptavidin-PE/Cy5 conjugate? Including human IgG as an Fc block helped a
little, but on lymphocytes (human) I am still getting a tail on my negative
population, and on monocytes there is almost a full decade shift in
fluorescence of the entire population. Is this normal?? The conjugate is
from Rockland.

2. Does anyone know of a source of antibodies (monoclonal or
polyclonal) against any mouse chemokine receptors??

Thanking you in advance,

Lisa Gale
