Dual staining CD4CD8 in HIV

HI,

Has anyone had experience or has a reference peratining to dual staining
CD4CD8 lymphocytes in HIV? We have a patient with advanced HIV who has
no detectable viral load who has presented with 88% dual staining CD4CD8
lymphocytes.  This patient is on D4T3TC, Neflinavir and Nevirapine
therapies.
