Clinical Detection of Intracellular Antigens in ALL

Dear Clinical Flowers:

We have been using a commercial control for the detection of TdT but we
are not aware of any commercial controls for cytoplasmic mu or cytoplasmic
CD3. Are there any cell lines available that one could use as positive
controls for detecting cytoplasmic mu or cytoplasmic CD3? Ideally, the
cell lines would be surface negative for these antigens.

Thanks.
