to all those flowers out there, I have some questions.......does anyone
know of a supplier that has a selection of guinea pig reagents??? I am
currently trying to do intracellular staining of gpIFN-g in CHOK1 cells
and have not had much luck with cross reactivity of human IFN-G, another
one would be gpIL-2. Another question I have about staining procedures:
what is the range of Ab concentration used in staining (I used
0.06ug/10^6 cells as recommended, but I thought this was low??)? and
when preparing the cells for staining is it necessary to plug the cells
before fixing so that the normally secreted cytokine remains inside or
is this accomplished during fixing??? please I need some insight!!! mary
